Government should in no way be a part of people's personal enjoyments. I think it should be up to the owners of the clubs and bars if they allow smoking or non smoking then people have a choice..if they dont want to be around the smoke and smokers then they can choose not to go in that particular establishment...most bars agree that smoking, drinking, and live entertainment all go together hand in hand...
And to all of the non-smokers...remember the smokers are paying a cigarette tax, smokers have paid for the right to smoke in 680 million tax dollars per year in Illinois.

??? You can kill folks, play sucky music, worship the devil, have a right to live off the system, drink so much and put people life in danger cause you don't have since enough to get a dd, But let us catch you smoking a 6in Camel and you will go to jail. ??? Now you tell me we are land of the free...... Hell we can spend millions and billions to go over to other countries kill people and take out there country and die and then spend more millions and billions of dollars to rebuild the foriegn country at the ol rightfull age of 18yrs old. Remember if you know how to speak the language it is pronounced (teenager). Still a baby that you can claim on your taxes. But wow not even allowed to have a smoke whenever you feel like it considering smokers pay higher taxes and insurance rates more than any other person in the world. Not that is land of the free a country to be proud of and go to war and risk your lives for at the ol rightfull age of eightteeen. WOW NOW I AM A HAPPY HAPPY USA CITIZEN. THANKS GOV.. I LOVE YOU TO...................................

Here we go. smoking is illegal in 2 more days. I am quitting. I refuse to play the government's game. I will NOT pay a fine(TAX)for smoking along with the outrageous tax I already pay for buying the cigarettes in the first place! I like to smoke and will continue to support smoker's rights, but I can no longer afford it. Pity the next unhealthy American practice that meets the tax reaper. Look out Pepsi.
